* We are seeking a passionate and energetic *Marketing Manager (Offline)* who can take charge of all *on-ground and offline marketing activities* to grow the 22Yards brand, drive client acquisition, and maximize ground/tournament utilization. This role is best suited for someone with strong event marketing, corporate connect, and partnership-building experience.
* Plan and execute *offline campaigns* to promote tournaments, academies, and grounds.
* Organize *promotional events, ground activations, and sports fairs*.
* Manage outdoor branding, hoardings, standees, and offline collaterals.
* Build brand recall at cricket hotspots, colleges, corporates, and communities.
* Build partnerships with *corporates, HR heads, and sports committees* to drive event participation.
* Pitch cricket tournaments and long-term ground rentals to corporates, academies, and institutions.
* Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
* Drive registrations and footfall for *tournaments, leagues, and academy programs*.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure marketing activities align with on-ground execution.
* Innovate on-ground engagement ideas to enhance player and spectator experience.
