Job Description

Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless workflows and high productivity.

Direct the sales team and support staff to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Expand and nurture relationships with channel partners, dealers, and customers to drive business growth.

Oversee stock, inventory, cost control, and logistics for effective branch management.

Develop strategies for market penetration, promotional activities, and branch revenue growth.

Review branch P&L, budgets, and financial objectives for optimal profitability.

Monitor local market trends, pricing, and competition to drive branch performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and safety standards within the branch.

Organize training, motivate teams, and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM preferred.

7-10 years of proven experience in managing branch operations and sales in the Plywood, Laminates, MDF, or Vinyl Board industry.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in driving business through dealer/distributor network in building materials.

Familiarity with branch P&L, inventory management, and audit processes.

Ability to travel extensively within Punjab for business operations.
