Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager - Mutual Funds
Location: Kandivali East
Department: Sales
Working Day: Monday - Saturday (2 & 3 Saturday off)
Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Requirement : NISM Certification Mandatory
CTC : 5LPA - 6LPA
Role Overview :
Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers by
understanding their financial objectives and offering customized investment solutions.
Ensures client satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement, while proactively generating new business via referrals, targeted outreach, and networking.
Responsibilities :
1. Engage with existing customers to understand their financial goals and provide
tailored investment solutions.
2. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and
retention.
3. Actively seek customers' referrals and expand the customer base through targeted
outreach and networking.
4. To Conduct Successful Investment Awareness Programs (IAP) and generate leads & close the sales.
