Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Work Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Task Description:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science
• 6 + years of experience in application support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Open-Source MEAN stack
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices and tools like Git Actions, Jenkins etc..
• Strong knowledge of handling production incidents, troubleshooting & resolving issues within SLA, providing solution to the problem tickets and managing changes
• Familiarity with ITIL Practices, DevOps Tools, Cloud Certifications is a plus
