Job Description:
Title : Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 4+ Months (Can be extendable)
Overview:
ProArch is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You will play a key role in transforming ideas into actionable project deliverables, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough requirements analysis, documenting processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, functional teams and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Understand the application and documentation available.
- Ensure documentation supports healthcare standards and interoperability frameworks.
- Translate clinical and technical language into accessible documentation for diverse audiences.
- Assist in the creation of Business User Documentation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including
- Use Cases
- Process Flows
- Maintain version control and documentation repositories using tools like Confluence, Git, or SharePoint.
- Participate in peer reviews, process improvements, and other related activities.
- Identifies and reports risks.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and documentation
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, MS Word, or similar
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge in Project Management tools like Jira, Trello etc.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Knowledge of HIPAA, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Health Informatics (CAHIMS, CPHIMS).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a healthcare setting.
