About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Support Engineer who will provide end-to-end platform-level support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for critical business workflows. This role requires strong debugging skills, log analysis, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to improve the usability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across multiple channels (web, chat, email, and calls).
  • Troubleshoot issues on the ServiceNow platform, including UI, API, and workflow-related problems.
  • Analyze logs, debug errors, and perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and suggest improvements.
  • Support ServiceNow implementation/customization activities as required.
  • Document resolutions, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow Support / Implementation / Development
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules
  • Proficiency with AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML/XHTML
  • Basic object-oriented programming skills (JavaScript preferred)
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze log files and debug errors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow UI Components (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Portals, UI Builder)
  • Familiarity with Virtual Agent & Configurable Workspaces
  • Exposure to SaaS/Web App support environments
