Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute Minibets digital marketing strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Manage social campaigns end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
- Identify the right channels and partnerships to grow Minibets online presence.
- Create and maintain the marketing calendar with campaigns, product updates, and events.
- Work with the product team & branding team to brief, review, and distribute creative content across platforms.
- Set up tracking, analytics, and performance reports to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business and product goals.
Preferred candidate profile
Must-Have Skills
- 34 years of experience in digital marketing (with hands-on campaign management).
- Strong background in campaign operations: schedules, budgets, reporting, and optimization.
- Experience running campaigns across social media, search, and programmatic platforms.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs and ROI measurement.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing or referral programs.
- Experience with product marketing and creating funnels for acquisition and engagement.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in crypto, gaming, or online entertainment industries.
- Exposure to social channels (Discord, Telegram, Reddit).
- Creative mindset with ability to work closely with design/branding teams.
