Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Executive APAC Market with a passion for accelerating sales growth through strategic lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure via digital and telecommunication channels. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with top-tier clients across diverse industries.


What will you do?


Program Management:


Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting.
Qualify leads based on product fit, client environment, budget, and decision-making timelines.
Lead outreach initiatives tailored to client industries to enhance BCTs brand visibility and domain expertise.
Client Engagement and Sales:
Build and maintain a prospect database aligned with solution offerings.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present IT solutions.
Understand client needs and deliver customized proposals.
Address objections confidently and negotiate to close deals.


Pipeline Management


Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates and revenue performance.
Product & Services Expertise
Develop in-depth knowledge of BCTs IT solutions, including software products and cloud services.
Stay informed on industry developments and competitor offerings.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


Partner with marketing and client service teams to align lead-generation strategies.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.


Ideal Candidate Profile


Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT, technology, or program outreach roles.
Proven success in lead generation and closing sales; consultative selling experience is a plus.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with IT products, software, cloud services, or enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
