As a Sr Netsuite Engineer in Barracuda Business Application team you will be driving innovative solutions through expert customization, seamless integrations, and performance optimization to empower businesses with scalable and efficient NetSuite environments
What you ll be working on :
- Develop, test, and implement customizations and extensions in NetSuite using SuiteScript (2.0 1.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other relevant tools.
- Build and maintain custom records, forms, workflows, and reports in NetSuite.
- Design and develop REST and SOAP-based integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and other enterprise solutions.
- Analyze and optimize NetSuite performance to ensure the platform s scalability, speed, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and internal teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the NetSuite environment.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing NetSuite solutions and Zone Advanced Billing.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6+ years of experience as a NetSuite Developer, SuiteScript , SuiteFlow , SuiteLLM and SuiteAnalytics for developing custom solutions that cater to multi-subsidiary business needs.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex NetSuite customizations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, Financials, Order Management, and Inventory Management(Order to cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report)
- Experience with API integrations, particularly RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and other web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Experience with SuiteBundler and deploying custom solutions across multiple NetSuite instances (Production, Sandbox, etc.).
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile team environment.
- Knowledge of Subscription Billing /Zone Advanced billing is an added advantage.
- NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer I/II, are a plus.
