MISSION
The analystmission is part of the preparation and realization of the prototype phase of a vehicle project.
Its role is to:
Perform the analysis of problems detected during the manufacture of prototypes (BIW / T&C).
ResponsibilitiesMAIN ACTIVITIES
Follow the production, in the workshop, to identify the product-process problems encountered by operators, evaluators, geometry.
Participate in debriefings during the assembly of test supports.
Perform product/process level 1 analyses of problems encountered during the manufacture of vehicles, with the main purpose of finding the root-cause of the non-conformities.
Capture and analyze assembly problems.
Support analysts from plant in order to prepare Hand-over.
Participate in Product/Process BIW / GFD meetings within its perimeter.
Requests/analyzes/interprets the definitions plans.
Be a force for proposing temporary solutions.
Interface with level 2 analysts for problems outside the scope of level 1 analysis.
Synthesize root causes of problems.
Illustrate the problem with one or two (maximum) clear photos.
Document the analysis results in PROMPT database and progress indicators.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT CRITERIA IN THE JOB
Quality of UET deliverables:
- Orderly documentation of databases assembly problems.
- Update of progress indicators, summaries and weekly reports.
Analysis time and presence of temporary solutions.

QualificationsB.E. Mech - knowldege in Automotive domain
Essential skills- Foreign languages (English, French, etc.).
- Knowledge of BIW or T&C assembly.
- Reading of a control report
- Reading of definition plans.
- Analytical ability.
- Knowledge IT tools: CATIA, NPDM, GEOM, LINX, PROMPT, LUP, Workspaces, ANPQP
- Apply the N1 analysis approach in vehicle assembly. Capitalize.
- Organization of a vehicle project in the prototype phase and then during the factory start-up.
- MS Office: Word, Excel
- 1D measurements (caliper, gauge, ruler) Desired skills
- Implementation, animation and reporting of an activity.
- Use of quality procedures: PDCA, QC Story.
Deployment of an activity in a transversal system.
