About the Role
We are looking for a 5+ experienced Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute Manual & Automation test cases around mobile, web frontend & backend products to ensure product quality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, wed like to meet you.
Objectives of this Role
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
- Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Team Handling experience must
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
- Must have experience with any of the following: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- You must have experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Superb computer competence, including database management
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience of Web Application Automation Testing, Mobile app automation testing and API automation testing
- Knowledge of of Shopify Ecosystem is a plus - Optional
- Mobile & Web App testing
- UI Testing
- API Testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end testing of large or complex products
- Demonstrated experience writing and executing test plans and test scripts
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English)
- Proficient with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub products

Experience: Min. 5 years of experience as Automation tester with Mobile testing is must and API testing strong experience
