Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Lead to oversee and guide our QA
team, focusing on database testing and overall product quality. The QA Lead will be responsible
for managing a small team of QA associates, planning and executing test strategies, and
ensuring seamless collaboration with development and product teams.
This role requires a balance of hands-on testing expertise and leadership skills to drive quality
across projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of QA associates, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Review business, functional, and technical requirements to define QA strategy, scope, and effort.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate testing activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Design and review detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for database and application testing.
- Perform advanced database testing, writing and reviewing SQL queries to validate data integrity, transformations, and performance.
- Drive and oversee functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices, processes, and standards.
- Monitor and report QA progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure smooth defect lifecycle management.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Strong hands-on expertise in database testing and ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
