Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Expert with 5 to 8 years of experience in ESRI Pro/ Terrasolid/Revit/AGIsoft Metashape/Pix4D etc. s/w and a strong background in Photogrammetry, LiDAR, 3D Modelling and geospatial analysis.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with Photography, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, LiDAR (Scanning and Processing), BIM, 3D City Modelling, Mobile Mapping, mesh modeling, LoD (Level of Detail), AI based classification of images and point clouds. This role demands strong conceptual, practical and analytical knowledge and skills and should write script to improve the macros in geospatial data processing, visualization, and interpretation etc for Geospatial industry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize, design, develop and implement Photography, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, LiDAR (Scanning and Processing), 3D City Modelling, Mobile Mapping Projects.
2. Utilize ESRI Pro / Terrasolid/ Revit / AGIsoft Metashape / Pix4D etc. s/w etc for geospatial data acquisition, processing, analysis and visualization.
3. Work with 3D mapping techniques, including LiDAR processing, point cloud classification, and
mesh modeling.
4. Analyze and interpret aerial, satellite, and LiDAR data for topographical and cadastral
applications.
5. Support projects in planimetric mapping, corridor studies, road networks, and utility mapping.
6. Conduct semantic segmentation and geospatial classification of datasets.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide geospatial insights and solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. 5 to 8 years of experience working with ESRI Pro / Terrasolid/ Revit / AGIsoft Metashape / Pix4D etc. s/w etc.
2. Strong expertise in 3D mapping: LiDAR, BIM, mesh modeling, Level of Detail (LoD), 3D City
Modelling, Mobile Mapping Photogrammetry , and AI based point cloud classification.
3. Experience in geospatial analysis for cadastre, utilities, transportation corridors, and topographical mapping.
4. Educational background in B.Tech Civil Engineering, Geoinformatics (Masters in Geoinformatics preferred).
5. Excellent communication skills. Strong comprehension, articulation, writing, and speaking
abilities.
6. Ability to interpret and analyze complex spatial datasets effectively.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
1. Exposure to GIS automation workflows (ModelBuilder, Spatial Analyst).
2. Experience in GIS data integration with CAD and BIM.
3. Knowledge of GIS standards and regulations in cadastral and utility mapping.
