Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. As a fresh graduate, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire HR lifecycleincluding recruitment , onboarding , employee engagement , and HR operations . You will play a key role in supporting daily HR activities while also helping to attract and hire top talent.
What we expect you to assist in:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for entry- and mid-level roles.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support pre-employment processes like reference checks and offer letters.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Help in preparing HR documents (e.g., offer letters, experience letters, ID cards).
- Support leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communications.
RequirementsWhat we are looking for:
- Masterdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Masterdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
