Job Title: Fresher Recruiter
Location: Noida, India
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM IST 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Experience Level: Fresher (01 Year)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates and team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to source potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Foster a positive candidate experience from start to finish
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Willingness to work in night shifts (7:00 PM IST 4:00 AM IST)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a quick learner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
