Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Taxation Executive / Sr. Taxation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Taxation (US & Canadian), Payroll, and Accounting, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires working in the EST time zone and coordinating with international clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of taxation and accounting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle US and Canadian taxation processes including tax preparation, review, and compliance.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure timely filing of taxes, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Stay updated on US, Canadian, and Indian tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with overseas clients regarding tax queries, payroll, and compliance.
- Prepare accurate financial and tax reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 6 years of experience in Taxation, Payroll, and Accounting.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in US and Canadian taxation is a must.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be willing to work ESt time zone (2pm-11pm or 12-9PM IST )
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA / CA (Inter) / CMA or other relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience working with international clients (US/Canada).
