Head of Data and AI Practice @ Trigyn Technologies

Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities- Build the Data & AI practice from the ground up, achieving targeted revenue, utilization, and margins while maintaining low, single-digit attrition- P&L ownership and oversight of pre-sales, sales, delivery, accelerator development, and strategic hiring-
• Delivering diverse data and AI and Generative AI projects across domains- Conceptualize and develop Data & AI accelerators for faster delivery & sales conversion- Own RFP responses and presales presentations in the data & AI space
• - Recruitment and staffing of Data & AI professionals Necessary Background- Experience in an IT Service organization with at least 10+ years of experience- Familiarity and hands-on experience on AI, GenAI, MLOps, Data Engineering and Analytics- Experience in responding to relevant RFPs-
• Past experience in developing accelerators and making customer presentations on value proposition- Past experience in building a practice or sub-practice is an added advantage- Ability to identify good talent in this space and motivate them to join the team- Good communication skills ",
