Join Us as a Customer Support Specialist ServiceNow


Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office 5 Days)
Shift: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST (Rotational weekends, holidays & on-call support)


Are you a tech-savvy communicator who loves solving customer problems?

Were looking for an energetic Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of help for ServiceNow users resolving queries, ensuring a smooth experience, and keeping customers happy from the very first call!


What Youll Do

  • Handle ServiceNow-related queries via phone & CRM with precision and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate cases quickly aiming for First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Collaborate with SMEs and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create & improve Knowledge Base Articles for better self-service.

What Were Looking For

IT or Engineering Graduate (recognized university)
35 years in a voice-based customer support role (IT Team/Helpdesk experience will be rejected)
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Strong technical aptitude & quick learning ability
Good grasp of ITIL concepts Incident, Change & Problem Management
Skilled at handling challenging customer conversations


Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other SaaS applications
  • Knowledge Management skills identifying gaps, creating documentation
