What Youll Do
What Were Looking For
IT or Engineering Graduate (recognized university)
35 years in a voice-based customer support role (IT Team/Helpdesk experience will be rejected)
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Strong technical aptitude & quick learning ability
Good grasp of ITIL concepts Incident, Change & Problem Management
Skilled at handling challenging customer conversations
