Job Description
- Ability to manage 1-2 requirements a day.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion submittal into an interview.
- Recruiters responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and proving a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
- Shortlisting resumes based on several factors such as skills, locations, experience, previous employers etc.
- Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
- Finalizing the interview schedule and making the interviewers available for taking the interview.
- Job Postings in job portals.
- Assist HR Head in day to day activities.
- Following up with candidates for pre offer documents.
