Job Description
Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Tech Ops (Ecommerce)
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite Only) 5 Days
About the Client: Were working with a cutting-edge ecommerce product company specializing in building impactful apps and platforms for the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) commerce ecosystem. They focus on solving real merchant problems with data and product-led innovation.
Role Summary: Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of multiple tech projects and drive them toward business outcomes, especially profitability. Youll work with engineering, product, and ops teams, balancing speed and precision with business acumen and technical clarity.
Key Responsibilities: - Drive the execution of D2C ecommerce product initiatives end-to-end. - Monitor and push project KPIs with a strong focus on profitability.
- Work across cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations and timelines.
- Lead reviews, retrospectives, and strategic project planning.
- Ensure discipline in execution using JIRA and reporting through Excel dashboards.
- Actively challenge teams to improve productivity and output quality.
- Be the central communicator and coordinator across product, tech, and business teams.
What Were Looking For:
- B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE from a Tier-2 or better college (Mandatory)
- 45 years of post-graduation experience in technical project management
- Past experience leading at least one AI/ML-based product/project
- Hands-on D2C ecommerce product experience is a must
- Strong command of JIRA sprint planning, workflows, boards, custom fields
- Deep Excel skills pivoting, modeling, formulas, data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive execution, unblock teams, and grill for performance
- MBA (Regular) is a plus
- Prior founder/founding team experience is a huge plus
