Switch Testers @ Expleo

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of card transaction switches (Switch NXT, FIS).
• Validate transaction routing and switching across POS, ATM, e-commerce, and other channels.
• Conduct testing for debit/credit/prepaid card flows including ISO8583 message validation.
• Design and execute test scenarios for online and batch transaction processing.
• Utilize simulators for POS/ATM testing and analyze host and acquirer responses.
• Validate authorization, clearing, and settlement flows.
• Raise and track defects, work with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform certification and compliance testing with card networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of switch applications.

Participate in UAT and support go-live activities. Essential skills

• Hands-on experience with Switch NXT or FIS (IST/Connex) platforms (must-have).
• Strong understanding of ISO8583 messaging format .
• Familiar with end-to-end card transaction lifecycle Authorization, Clearing, and Settlement.
• Experience with tools like POS simulators , ATM test tools , Host simulators .
• Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay) and transaction types. Desired skills
• Good exposure to defect management and test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Ability to analyze logs and trace issues in switch environments.
