About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director / Sr. Director Medical Billing to lead and scale our medical billing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, proven leadership in driving operational efficiency, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation and best practices.
- Manage large teams (Medical Billing, AR follow-up, etc.) with a focus on performance management and people development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, training, compliance, technology) to deliver business goals.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership and clients.
- Stay updated on US healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines and payer requirements.
Desired Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up and payer policies.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-client operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in driving digital transformation / automation in medical billing is a plus.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director Medical Billing to manage operations and lead high-performing teams within our healthcare RCM practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring billing accuracy, driving productivity, strengthening client relationships, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily medical billing operations (charge entry, Medical Billing, AR, denials, collections).
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
- Manage and mentor large teams, ensuring high employee engagement and low attrition.
- Collaborate with Directors / Sr. Directors to execute business strategy and meet client expectations.
- Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to improve financial and operational outcomes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, payer guidelines) and maintain quality standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication and escalations.
Desired Profile
- 12+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM, with 35 years in a managerial / senior leadership role.
- Strong domain knowledge across billing processes, AR follow-up, denial management, and payer policies.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple clients.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to automation tools / process transformation is an advantage.
