Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Define and maintain the brand tone, voice, and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Plan, create and curate content for social, campaigns, blogs, and community posts.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual templates, assets, and brand guidelines that are reusable and scalable.
- Plan and execute content for new game launches, seasonal events, and promotions.
- Work with product and marketing teams to align content with business goals and campaigns.
- Track trends, memes, and conversations that resonate with Gen Z and gaming communities, and adapt them to Minibets brand style.
- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all communication.
Preferred candidate profile
- Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong grasp of brand storytelling, positioning, and digital communication.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to translate gaming culture into creative campaigns and messaging.
- Hands-on experience working with design teams and creatives.
- Ability to plan content calendars, work under deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- High energy, proactive, and passionate about gaming and digital culture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in gaming, crypto, or online entertainment industries.
- Knowledge of design tools (Figma/Canva familiarity is a plus).
- Exposure to social media community building (Discord, Telegram, Reddit).
- Prior experience in brand strategy or campaign ideation.
