Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy modern applications with clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries using React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Manage databases (MongoDB), including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility, and high performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (25 years) as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind).
- Solid understanding of React.js and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and data modeling.
- Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Familiarity with deployment tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
