Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect cum Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, strong leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders, and proven experience in delivering large-scale CRM transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the overall CRM architecture and solution design aligned with business goals and Microsoft best practices.
- Manage the full lifecycle of CRM projects including requirement gathering, solution design, development, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership across Dynamics CRM modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, PowerApps, and Power Platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM developers, functional consultants, and administrators.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other enterprise applications such as ERP, portals, and third-party systems.
- Oversee governance, data model design, security model, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Drive CRM upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformations to Dynamics 365.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT with 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365.
- Proven track record as a CRM Architect or Technical Manager in enterprise-level projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), and Dataverse.
- Expertise in customizations, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions), Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS/Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect, or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Experience in managing global CRM rollouts.
- Knowledge of industry vertical accelerators (Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.).
- Exposure to Data Migration tools (KingswaySoft, Scribe, etc.).
