Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter UK/EU
Location: Bangalore / Chennai/Vadodra/Pune/Mumbai
Exp : 3-5 years
Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 Days
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of the UK/EU recruitment market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT recruitment and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top IT talent in the UK/EU region.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate suitability before submission.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, communication, and technical skills.
- Clearly explain job responsibilities, salary structure, and benefits to candidates.
- Negotiate salary and finalize offer terms with selected candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment,
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy and passionate about IT and emerging technologies.
- Must be able to join within 15 days or sooner.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience hiring for UK/EU clients.
- Familiarity with GDPR and EU hiring compliance.
- Experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency.
