Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementations with 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
- Oversee deployment and integration of Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing/operations platforms.
- Collaborate daily with a US-based Project Manager to align goals, timelines, and execution
- strategies.
- Apply project management methodologies using tools like MS Project or equivalent.
- Utilize Scrum and Agile principles to manage sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
- Provide weekly reports on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project ROI and support budget planning.
- Support strategic initiatives and collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams across the organization.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 5+ years total experience, with 2-3 years in Salesforce implementation.
- Experience with Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing/operations platforms.
- Ability to work US shifts and coordinate across time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for ROI and financial impact assessments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
