 IT & Cloud Support Administrator

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor cloud servers, dedicated servers, and shared web hosting environments.
  • Handle DNS propagation, domain configuration, and related troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with server support teams, raise tickets for technical issues, and follow up until resolution.
  • Perform file and database migrations across platforms.
  • Manage FTP accounts, user access, and related configurations.
  • Work with AWS services and perform tasks such as instance setup, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Use SSH for server access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure system security, backups, and proper documentation of IT processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in server administration and hosting management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud servers, dedicated servers, and shared hosting platforms.
  • Proficiency in DNS management and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in file migration, database migration, and FTP configuration.
  • AWS knowledge, including EC2, S3, and related services.
  • Proficiency in using SSH for server management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with external technical teams.
