We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented D365 QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, a deep understanding of business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies. If youre passionate about quality assurance and have experience with D365 Sales processes, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution Ensure testing best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills D365 functional knowledge is a strong plus Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
