Job Title: Azure Data Engineer
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Azure Data Engineer to join our dynamic data team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and analytics solutions using cutting-edge Azure technologies. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and collaborate onsite twice a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks
- Implement data transformation and processing logic using PySpark
- Build and manage data warehouses and lakehouses using Azure Synapse Analytics
- Integrate and manage data assets using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Purview
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across platforms
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of data solutions
- Maintain documentation and support production deployments
Required Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 38 years of hands-on experience in Azure data engineering
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-native design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
