HCM ESS/MSS Portal SAP HCM Resource 8+ years of experience (GURGAON Location) - 5 days work from office Experience: 8~12 years of experience in Support and SAP HCM implementation and configuration. Key Responsibilities: SAP HCM Module Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits. System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on business requirements, ensuring the system meets the organizations needs. Process Optimization: Analyse current HR processes and workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP HCM functionalities. Data Management: Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data maintenance activities within SAP HCM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM-related issues, including user support, system errors, and data discrepancies. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP HCM and other business systems. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR processes, and generate reports and analytics to support decision-making. Project Management: Manage SAP HCM projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP HCM updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP HCM certification is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits. Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP Fiori is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Project Management: Experience in managing SAP HCM projects, including planning, execution, delivery and implementation experience for 2 + projects. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of HR compliance requirements and regulations, including data privacy and security. Job Classification
