Job Description
JD for Inside Sales Professional
- Lead generation through cold calling, E-Mail marketing, from various social media platforms like Linkedin, etc.
- Research and collect vertical-specific data.
- Deep research into the functional aspects of each company
- Identify the decision makers of the respective and prospective teams
- Detailed research on the competitors of the key players in the industry.
- Organizing leads and thorough follow-up on the leads
- Tracking leads through the entire sales cycle
- Coordinate with the prospects and the internal team and set up business meetings
- Conduct secondary research, collate relevant information, and capture the information in the prospect formats.
- Facilitate prospective client meetings and presentations
- Understand client briefs from the Senior Management and develop tools, solution notes, papers, and decks for a sale pitch.
- Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Work closely to initiate one-on-one conversations with the customers and demonstrations with prospects, while positively representing Castaliaz.
- Notice period- Immediate Joiner or Less than 15 days
