Role: Project Manager - FMCG Merchandising Company
Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate/Post Graduate; preferably MBA
Experience: Graduate / MBA preferably from an Institute of repute with min 8 -10 years of experience including 2--3 years at Regional Manager Position. Exp. in Retail Marketing ISB/merchandising/related experience, with 3+ Yrs. in similar field/industry, 3+ yrs. as a team leader Modern Trade / General Trade Experience most preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manages nationally the complete merchandising delivery system for the Client.
Ensures KPIs are met nationally for all channels and programs.
Monitors MIS, evaluates and acts on it.
Develops a national network of activation agencies
Works to correct and enhance the delivery model
Adds value thru new initiatives and processes in concurrence with THE CLIENT
Ensures thru his Supervisors that all the SOPs are in place
Reviews operations with his Supervisors on a monthly basis and presents to THE CLIENT a monthly review.
Works with Training Manager to develop training modules for merchandising and other related areas
Ensures a legally compliant system across the country
Monitors budgets and develops economic working norms
