Job Description

Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Install/Configure/Troubleshoot of eClinicalWorks EXE and Plugin application on client computers
• Perform application upgrade if the auto upgrade fails
• Troubleshoot login errors on EXE/Plugin application
• Install/Configure/Troubleshoot medical and non-medical devices
• Provide training to new software specialist about the process
• Take up escalation calls
• Take the responsibility of Enterprise practice issues
• Educating clients on the minimum Hardware/Software specs for the client machines
• Configuring the fax on the client application
• Educating client occasionally on the basic functionality of the application. Document every detail on the case
• Maintain the Response SLA at 100% and Resolution SLA between 95% - 100% consistently. Maintain the CSAT and Quality of the cases between 95% - 100%

Experience/Education Requirements

• BSC.IT/ MCA/ BSC (Co Sc)/ MSC (IT)/ BE/ B. Tech/ BCS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the process
