Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training, learning & development programs.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Ability to use HR digital tools and HRIS systems .
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
