About Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Compensation and Variable Pay with 8+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience, preferably in mid-to-large organizations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and support of SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
- Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions aligned with system capabilities.
- Collaborate with functional/technical teams and Product Owners.
- Integrate SF Compensation & Variable Pay with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Stay current with latest SAP SF releases, features, and best practices.
- Document configurations, processes, and support materials.
- Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Operate effectively in a multinational, cross-cultural environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Certified in SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay (active/valid certification).
- At least 2 full life-cycle implementations of SAP SF from planning to go-live.
- Strong understanding of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
- Experience working with international clients, including onsite engagements.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
- Proficient in provisioning system and configuration best practices.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and strong communication skills.
