Job Description
- Analyze financial data and business performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models , forecasts, and dashboards to track KPIs across IT projects and business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business cases, ROI, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
- Monitor budget adherence, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.
- Having good exposure in handling GST, Income Tax, and Payroll
- Support pricing strategies, contract analysis, and vendor financial evaluations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the IT or technology sector .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT service delivery models , project costing, and resource utilization metrics.
- Experience in business case development and strategic financial planning.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and their financial implications.
- Good hands on expertise in GST, Income Tax, and Payroll
