Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy
Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable
Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely responses. Achieve sales and support targets. Team management, coaching, mentoring, preparing WBR, Client handling.Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Strong persuasion & sales aptitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 to 10 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.
