Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Document the Hardware Asset Baseline
- Maintain Detailed Hardware Asset Records
- Update Asset Database During New Installations
- Analyse asset performance data to identify areas for efficiency improvements
- Work on comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other team to optimize asset Utilization.
- Develop and maintain an asset management for the organization's assets.
- Ensure that all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary.
- Coordinate with PAN India Team on asset allotment, asset return and replacement and update Master Asset Records on daily basis.
- Coordinate and manage procurement, disposal, and transfer of assets and documentation.
- Document Asset Movements and Configuration Changes on daily basis.
- Notify vendors of Renewal Needs
- Oversee the repair work and payment follow-up.
- Handle Material Logistics and Gate Pass Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to asset management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that asset management practices are aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates on asset management activities to senior management.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel.
- Knowledge of MIS and Data Management.
- Making MIS Reports on collated data.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports/delivery sent
