About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Analyst with strong Business Analysis expertise to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who can ensure product quality through manual and automation testing, while also driving requirement gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare domain is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders to clarify business needs.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (manual & automation).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and project managers to align requirements with deliverables.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases to validate business needs.
• Contribute to defect management and resolution tracking via JIRA.
• Provide BA support during project lifecycle, ensuring smooth transition from requirements to delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Strong QA background with hands-on manual and automation testing experience.
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst (requirement gathering, documentation, user stories).
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA (user stories, backlog management, dashboards).
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Role & responsibilities
