Job Description
Title: Oracle HCM Consultant
Type: Fulltime
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Start Date: Immediate (Maximum 2 Weeks)
Primary skill
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large-scale implementations
- Expert in minimum anyone of the below area
- Good knowledge on HCM Extract
- Design and Development
- Types of Extract and uses
- Enhancement / modify the existing seeded/custom extracts.
- User Entity (UE) Details and usage.
- Extract delivery options.
- Templates.
- Debugging skills.
- Performance improvement / optimization.
- Parameters and usages.
- Various properties / functions of extract related objects.
- Understanding of incremental extract / Changes Only / Delta and functions.
- Scheduling.
- Knowledge on Payroll Flow Pattern create/modify flow Pattern related to HCM Extract, BIP and Seeded tasks.
- Basic understanding on Security.
- Fast Formula in the context of the HCM Extract which includes criteria, rule and scheduling etc. Functional FF is added advantage.
- Understanding on config of PGP Keys /Certificates, UCM in BIP Admin etc.
- Understanding on GDPR.
- Understanding on REST, SOAP APIs and ATOM Feed.
- Understanding on Oracle release process and impact assessments.
- Fusion Functional (Not config level but at Functional working level) Knowledge on Core HR setup, Absence Plans (enrolments and accruals), Bank & Branch setup, Payroll elements, calculation cards & balances, Third party organization setup, Work schedules and setup, DFF, KFF, EFF
- Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Possesses a team and customer service provision orientation
