Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer to design, customize, configure, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM development, integration with other systems, and a deep understanding of business processes to translate them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365.
- Configure entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business process flows.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript to extend CRM functionality.
- Integrate CRM with other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and user guides.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to CRM applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure best practices in CRM security, performance, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer (2016/365 CE).
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM SDK, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
- Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM upgrades and migrations.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
