Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in CRM customization, plugin development, integrations, and workflow configurations, with the ability to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate (Flow) for business automation.
- Design and implement custom entities, fields, forms, and views using CRM configuration tools.
- Create integrations between Dynamics CRM and other internal/external systems using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, or third-party tools.
- Perform data migrations using SSIS, KingswaySoft, or other ETL tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for CRM environments.
- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and compliance are followed.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform components.
- Proficiency in developing custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions.
- Experience with Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse is a plus.
- Strong experience in SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (preferred).
Good to Have:
- Experience with DevOps, version control (Git, Azure DevOps), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Portals, Field Services, or Customer Insights.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles or working with global delivery teams.
Education:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
