Python Developer with Azure @ Ispace

Job Description

We are seeking a Python Developer with strong Azure expertise to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and high-performance applications in the cloud. The role requires hands-on experience with Python frameworks and Azure cloud services, with a focus on building modern, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications hosted on Azure.
  
• Build and deploy RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications using Python.
  
• Work with Azure services such as:
  
• Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure Storage, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
  
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and data integrations using Python, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
  
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
  
• Use containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
  
• Ensure application security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 36 years of Python development experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture.
  
• Experience with Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
  
• Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and serverless computing.
  
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong database skills SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure, AZ-400).
  
• Experience with PySpark, Azure Databricks, ML/AI services.
  
• Knowledge of Terraform/ARM/Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
  
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (App Insights, Log Analytics).
