About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Contribute ideas for creative storytelling, audience engagement, and brand visibility.

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track progress and performance.

Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Take ownership of assigned tasks while being proactive in suggesting improvements.

Stay updated with the latest trends and share fresh perspectives during team discussions.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (Bachelor s degree required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with curiosity to explore new ideas.

Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital tools.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
