Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and innovative professional who can leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation tools to streamline business operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall efficiency. The role involves identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, and continuously optimising workflows to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Implementation
- Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes across departments and propose AI/automation solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows using tools such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.) to enhance functionality and efficiency.
AI-driven Insights & Optimisation
- Develop predictive models and data-driven insights to support decision-making and process optimisation.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously fine-tune workflows for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify KPIs and track ROI of automation initiatives.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate them into AI/automation use cases.
- Train and enable non-technical teams to leverage AI tools and automation workflows effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/automation technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- Proven experience (3 6 years) in AI/ML, automation, or operations optimisation.
- Hands-on expertise with one or more of the following:
RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, chatbots, custom fine-tuning).
Python, SQL, APIs, and automation scripting.
Workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRMS).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Exposure to process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) .
