Job Description
Role & responsibilities : Responsible for end to end lead for driving Safety Projects, Tower Maintenance, Strengthening (Tower & Pole) and Rectification Projects, Dismantling activities while ensuring the Safety compliances and Quality assurance at each milestone.
Rampup delivery of Safety Projects (i) 'Cordinate closely with Planning & TEC teams to ensure strenthening drawings are received in a timely manner, that the drawings are operationally and technically feasible to execute, ensure timely PR generation for joint survey and execution post final drawing release, Arrange for sufficient number of vendor teams, get the sites surveyed and implement strengthening & rectification solutions, coordinate with SCM for stocks, complete the installation and commissioning and completion of Projects. while being responsible for end to end project management for Safety projects like Tower Strengthening, Pole Strengthening, Tower Maintenance, Pole Maintenance, Critical Unsafe Site and Dismantling Projects of Hold/Lock sites. Ensure quality Adherence of quality guidelines for implementation on the ground, ensure that vendors comply to quality guidelines. Program management of activities Coordinate with stakeholder functions and track their deliverables so as to enable the timely completion of the project. Effectiveness of the initiatives Track factors that affect the functionality of the equipments thereby impacting energy saving, without getting into the actual measurement of energy savings
Internal interactions (Roles you need to interact with internally in the organization to enable success in your day to day work) SCM - Service Seeker for providing materials and PO to vendors.
Finance - Service Seeker for providing budgets for Site roll out.
Legal- Service Seeker: To carry out registration of sites & to resolve statutory or land lord legal issues.
Sales & Marketing - Service Seeker: To get approval from Customers for relocation and dismantling of tower/sites,
IT - Service seeker: To get TT resolved for RFAI post strengthening closure
Planning - Service Seeker: To seek timely feasible drawings, and to cordinate across circles to get the JV done by the TSP and structural consultant External interactions (Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work) Customers: To support their rollout
EB Authorities: For EB Power connection/termination
Land Lord: For Access and Space
