Job Description

Server Deployment and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems

Deploy and manage virtual machines using technologies like Hyper-V or VMware.

Configure server roles, features, and services based on organizational requirements.

Server Monitoring and Performance Optimization:Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and availability.

Implement proactive measures to optimize server performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, such as system crashes or performance bottlenecks.

Security and Patch Management:Ensure server security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.

Apply security patches, updates, and service packs in a timely manner.

Monitor server logs for security breaches and take appropriate actions.

Backup and Recovery:Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Windows servers.

Perform regular backups and ensure the integrity and availability of server data.

Test and validate backup and recovery procedures to minimize downtime.

Active Directory and Group Policy Administration:Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units.

Configure and enforce Group Policies to maintain security and standardization.

Troubleshoot Active Directory-related issues and perform account management tasks.
