Role-SAP FICO Location-Bangalore & Mumbai Exp- 8-12 Yrs We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient use of the SAP FICO module and maintaining the integrity of financial data. K ey Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP FICO modules (Finance and Controlling) to meet business requirements. Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions for system and process improvements. Design, configure, and test the SAP FICO system to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules. Lead end-to-end SAP FICO project implementation, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance functions across the organization.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to financial postings, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute financial reports using SAP tools (e. g. , SAP Report Painter, ABAP Query).
  • Provide post-implementation support and regular system updates to ensure business continuity. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system understanding and efficient usage. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and support, ensuring minimal business disruption. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules. Strong understanding of finance processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling). Experience with SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration experience is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Experience in full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations (from planning to go-live). Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and financial data analytics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • SAP FICO certification is a plus.
