Software Engineer UI Developer (Production Support) @ Indecomm

Job Description

• Provide production support and enhancements for UI applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Monitor application logs and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Backend, Product, and Operations) to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Apply strong React, Angular, and JavaScript expertise to debug and resolve UI-related production issues.
• Use SQL queries to validate, troubleshoot, and investigate data-related issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to improve knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution progress, and preventive measures.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
• 3 5 years of experience in UI development and production support.
• Strong expertise in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
• Experience working in an AWS environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with debugging tools, browser developer tools, and error monitoring platforms.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle production incidents effectively.
